Approximately 5” long, 1/2” wide Elastic Band With 20mm-25mm Buttons On Each End.

(Button extenders work best when you tie a knot or use an elastic to create a loop at each end of your mask. This way, the buttons do not slide off when putting on or taking off your mask.)
