Yoga Classes:

These classes are in person and VIRTUAL! 

Power Yoga: Monday nights at 8:15 PM

Zumba: Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM and Tuesday and Thursday Mornings at 9:00 AM

For Virtual Participants:
1. Please complete the virtual waiver HERE and email it to snustad@lloydminster.ca or deliver it in person to the Servus Sports Centre.
2. In your email, include the classes you wish to attend.
3. If you don’t have a valid fitness pass, include a phone number so the team can contact you for payment, or call 780-875-4529 to purchase passes.
4. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive the Zoom link! Be sure to register at least 24 hours prior to class!
